UNIGLACTIN

• Coated Braided Polyglactin 910 B.P. Violet and Undyed.
• UNIGLACTIN suture is a synthetic absorbable sterile surgical suture composed of a copolymer made from 90% glycolide and 10% L-lactide.
• UNIGLACTIN sutures are dyed with D&C Violet #2.
• UNIGLACTIN is available in a range of gauge sizes and lengths, non-needled or attached to stainless steel needles of varying types and sizes.
• Minimal tissue reaction.
• Easy passage through tissue.
• Intended Use: UNIGLACTIN suture is intended for use in general soft tissue approximation and/or ligation, including use in ophthalmic procedures.
• Sterilized by Ethylene Oxide.
• Coating: UNIGLACTIN sutures are coated with a mixture of copolymer of glycolide & lactide and Calcium stearate.
• UNIGLACTIN sutures are guaranteed to meet the requirements of the British Pharmacopoeia (B.P.), the European Pharmacopoeia (Ph.Eur.), and the United States Pharmacopoeia (U.S.P.) except for an occasional slight oversize in some gauges.
